• Purchase Credits: One credit equals 1 hour of Power BI assistance. Purchase the number of credits according to the time you estimate or the one suggested during the free call for resolving your issue.  
• Submit an Issue: Once credits are purchased, you can book your Power BI Coach through your member section submitting your challenge. Please be aware that your credits must be redeemed within their lifecycle.

Scope of Service 

This service is strictly limited to the guidance through issue resolution and technical support. Acceptable issues include:

1. Limited Scope: This service is designed to troubleshoot and assist with specific issues in Power BI, and no part of this service implies or provides project implementation or development. 
2. Non-transferable: Purchased credits are non-transferable and are meant only for the issue specified. Misuse of the service to establish new projects or continuous development will lead to a termination of service. 
3. Expiration time:  

• Credit package of 5 or below: 3 months 
• Credit package of 10: 6 months 
• Credit package of 20: 9 months 
• Credit package of 30: 12 months
